“Totem” is an artistic group created in 1996. Quantity of its members may range from 10 to 50 (aged 16 to 61) depending on availability of free time and current mood of participants. They make films or take part in the films of their friends. Their major formats are video-art, shorties and, rarely, TV formats.

Since 2002 “Totem” holds annual festival «Terra futura», where each member presents their achievements. Once in a while “Totem” also creates non-commercial exhibition projects implemented in different kinds of spaces: open-airs, galleries, museums, planetariums, factories, etc.
