"His aesthetic taste is trusted by many collectors, and the name, like the name of the gallery, has long been a brand."
"Yevgeny Karas's Gallery is not so much an exhibition space as a showcase of trends in contemporary Ukrainian art ..."
"Karas Gallery" in its significance for the artistic life of Kiev goes far beyond the usual exhibition hall. Expositions in two small white rooms on the Andreevsky Descent reflect the trends of modern Ukrainian painting with the utmost accuracy. There are almost no random names, and all the worthwhile Kiev artists are exhibited regularly by Karas. One can not but admit that for many years he has been patiently, persistently and meaningfully building his gallery as the art territory of the highest sample. "
